OUTLANDER star Sam Heughan has been reminded by a fan of his appearance in Midsomer Murders as a fresh-faced young actor.

The Scots hunk, 39, starred in an episode of the murder mystery, called King’s Crystal, in 2007.
Twitter user Anna stumbled across the episode yesterday and tweeted Heughan with screengrabs of his youthful self starring as Ian King.
She said: “Ehy @SamHeughan do you know this actor??
“He seems pretty damn good, young but already good!!
“I believe he has a bright future ahead.”
And he joked he didn’t recognise himself, replying: “Hmmmm no. Any clues?”
Other fans were also loving seeing throwbacks of their favourite actor.
