Cancellation and Refund Policy

Overview

Once a booking is made customers are entitled to cancel the booking up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. In these circumstances the customer will receive a full refund.

If the customer cancels the tour after this period ie less than 48 hours before the start of the tour there will be no refund.
